What employee meals cost and who pays

The average price of a set lunch in Operator 360° canteens is 180 UAH. The final price depends on the menu, headcount, shifts and whether your site has an equipped kitchen. We work with three payment models, and the company chooses the one that suits it best.

Fully employer-funded

The company pays for its employees' lunches. We invoice monthly for the actual number of meals, with a detailed report by shift and department. Meals become part of the benefits package and help retain people.

Shared payment (subsidy)

The company covers part of the meal price and the employee pays the rest. For example, the plant covers 100 UAH and the employee pays 80 UAH. You set the subsidy level yourself; we handle the accounting of every meal.

Employee-paid

The company provides the premises, and employees buy lunches at an affordable price. For the plant this means on-site meals without direct costs; for people — hot food next to the workshop.

Questions about corporate catering

What is corporate catering for companies?

It is the systematic organisation of employee meals on company premises: menus, procurement, cooking, serving, sanitary control and daily cafeteria management.

Can we hand over an existing cafeteria to Operator 360°?

Yes. We assess the current model, processes and premises, then propose an operational management format for the cafeteria.

Can you launch a cafeteria from scratch?

Yes. Operator 360° organises the launch of a corporate cafeteria: from site analysis and process planning to the start of daily operations.

How does an audit of an existing cafeteria work?

Our team visits the site, studies the current catering system, workload and processes, and then identifies opportunities for improvement.

Who pays for employee lunches?

Meal compensation is the company's decision: the employer covers the cost of employee meals. Operator 360° can help design and implement such a system — from calculating the compensation format to integrating it into cafeteria operations.

What does booking a tasting mean?

We invite you to one of our operating cafeterias so you can personally assess the taste, organisation, system and standards.

A catering system, not just a cafeteria

Operator 360° is a corporate catering operator for manufacturing companies in Ukraine. We organise employee meals and manage corporate cafeterias every day.

Our team can launch a cafeteria from scratch, take over an existing one or audit your corporate catering. The working format is defined after studying the site, headcount and shift schedule.

We specialise in daily on-site cafeteria operations, not lunch delivery or event catering. Our operating sites are in the Khmelnytskyi and Kharkiv regions; launches elsewhere in Ukraine are considered after a site assessment.
